Cougar Town star Busy Philipps revealed on Twitter today that she's given birth to her second daughter!
"So this happened..." she Tweeted along with a sweet photo of the newborn.
The as-yet-unnamed girl joins Phillips' other child with husband Marc Silverstein, Birdie, who was born in 2008.
